Palms Extra and Nubar are delighted to offer a wide choice of training courses to suit each individual students' requirements. Our friendly, approachable Trainers bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to each course and will be on hand to support and assist you on your journey.
If you are completely new to nails, we aim to give you the best possible foundation and insight into this fantastic industry through our Team of experts, or if you are looking to change systems, we can assist with product choices.
The Nubar brand has gone from strength to strength in recent years and by choosing to work with us, you have chosen to work with one of the industry's most exciting brands, supplying you with all of your professional needs. The phenomenal growth of the brand has seen the introduction of the outstanding, Paraben FREE Skin Essentials Manicure and Pedicure Collections and the development of the Infinity Acrylic and UV Gel Ranges, alongside the already established natural nail care products.
All Beginners training courses provide Students with a solid foundation on the industry and product basics before embarking on the practical application of the product. Courses are held over three days with a minimum of two weeks between Day 2 and 3. We believe this to be integral in ensuring that each Student gets the most from their course and leaves feeling confident in their skills and ability.
Alongside Foundation Courses, we are also delighted to offer Manicure and Pedicure Courses, Product and/or System Conversion Sessions, Nail Art and Advanced Skills Workshops.

Kirsty Lund Nubar Educator Bio
Over 8 years in the nail industry specialising in Acrylics, Gels, Manicures, Pedicures and Advanced Nail Art. Kirsty has acquired 12 UK Championship titles, has been runner up for Nail Technician of the year, worked on film and music sets, fashion shows, magazine shoots and much more.
After running her own successful nail bar Kirsty decided to dedicate herself to passing on her knowledge and skills to others in the industry and became an educator for Nubar. |
Anne Roberts Nubar Educator Bio
Anne is the newest memeber of the Nubar Educators Team.
With 7 years experience within the nail industry, Anne has a wealth of knowledge to share.
From being a mobile technician to owning her own salon, Anne has done it all.
After training to be a nail technician so that she may do her own nails, Anne got bitten by the nail bug and never looked back.
Now working from a home based salon Anne's first love has always been nails.
Bringing with her a fantastic personality and a passion for nails Anne will be an asset to the Nubar Team. |
Belinda Price Nubar Educator Bio
Belinda has been in the nail and beauty industry for 2 decades.
She has experienced many of the different elements of nail tech work first hand.
Working,managing and owning her own award winning salon and whilst her children were young working as a mobile nail tech.
Belinda not only promises to share her skills and knowledge,but will support you as you take the next step in the industry she loves so much.
Belinda offers training at all levels,in a relaxed,friendly enviroment.

Rebecca has over 12 years experience in the nail industry and several years of running a successful nail and beauty salon.
Over the years Rebecca has entered competitions, worked in colleges and alongside make-up artists on T.V sets.
Rebecca is now dedicating time to training and passing on her vast experience to others by educating for Nubar.
